DO is always a student of his craft. Always learning the latest approaches to diet & exercise through books, articles and other resources. He will even try his own versions/ approaches to traditional methods. DO will try a new diet and exercise on himself first. Once he perfects it (and understands the philosophies/ targeted muscle group), he will work with his clients to try the same exercise… or a variation (if the client cannot perform those tasks).
DO has always been a competitive athlete and has always been driven for success… not only physically but mentally, emotionally and financially. He’s always reading books on success or submerging himself in information that will help to go to the next level in life. He’s always texting to “check up” on clients or posting morning videos to inspire others with greatness.
